Intro/Taster Session
This is a 90-minute introductory session that will give you a basic overview of Total Immersion freestyle. Total Immersion is an approach to swimming that applies the concepts of physics and hydrodynamics to body movement in order to make your stroke streamlined, smooth and effortless.
In this session, you will get a taste of the Total Immersion experience, and learn how swimming can be graceful and easy. The session includes a free video analysis of your swim (before and after), so you can see exactly what you’re doing and how to correct it.

Freestyle Fundamentals
This is a 6-week introductory freestyle program for those who have never swum freestyle before (but are comfortable and can travel 25m in the water). Learn to swim freestyle the right way from the very beginning, and build a solid foundation of good habits that will serve your swim for a lifetime.
Freestyle Fundamentals covers the basics of relaxation in the water, flutter kicking, body rotation and rolling up to breathe. We drill down into the key elements of the stroke, using drills and hands-on adjustments so that you can really feel your swim coming together. By the end of this program, you’ll be able to swim 25m freestyle with basic breathing.
If you’ve always wanted to learn freestyle but never had the chance or the right instruction, this program is for you. Freestyle Fundamentals will give you the ideal grounding in Total Immersion technique, making your freestyle feel smooth and effortless.

For beginner swimmers with no freestyle experience
*Prerequisite: comfortable in the water, able to travel 25m

- floating and relaxation in the water
- breath control
- flutter kicking basics
- body rotation and hip drive
- rolling up to breathe
- how to use a center mount snorkel
By the end of this program, you’ll be able to swim 25m freestyle with basic breathing.

We understand that every student has different ways of understanding and learning. That’s why our coaches are specially trained to break down complex steps into easy-to-understand points, as well as to adapt the material to different learning styles. We deliberately keep our classes small with a low student ratio, so that you receive direct, personal attention from the coach as you swim.
